To better understand the role of small meeting spaces in modern work, we surveyed 1,000 knowledge workers across key markets in January 2025. Our findings reveal how these rooms support productivity, foster creativity, and enable deeper collaboration while also highlighting the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential.

But too often, these spaces are underutilized due to outdated technology and poor design.
