We have made it more convenient than ever to stay in touch with the people in your life. Now you can enjoy hands-free phone and FaceTime calls for iPhone and iPad*, using state-of-the-art streaming technology.

Use Jabra Enhance Pro PM as a wireless headset to take calls and talk without needing to hold your iPhone or iPad. Just tap the button on your hearing instruments to answer and stream a call directly to your ears.

Free up your hands while talking and enjoy the ability to multitask.

*Jabra Enhance Pro PM hands-free calls are compatible with iPhone 11 or later, iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation), iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation), iPad Air (4th generation), and iPad mini (6th generation), with software updates iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 or later.

How to get hands-free calls

If you currently use Jabra Enhance Pro PM, your Costco hearing care professional can upgrade you to this feature with a quick fitting software update. They are ready to hear from you. If you don’t have Enhance Pro PM hearing instruments yet, contact your Costco hearing care professional to find out more about Enhance Pro PM and hands-free calls.

2.请通过 Jabra Enhance Pro App 接听视频电话。

3.听力保健专家会连接您的助听器，按需要为您实时调整。

4.通话过程中，您可以与听力保健专家一起评价更新的设置。后续也可以在 Jabra Enhance Pro App 中使用声音评分功能 (Rate My Sound) 进行评价。

 

远程微调

设置更新，轻松获取

有时候很难对诊室的医生描述日常生活中的听觉体验。您可以在 Jabra Enhance Pro App 上联系听力保健专家，专家可以获取所有必要信息，帮您优化助听器设置。

工作原理

您可以向听力保健专家提出微调要求，或者在 Jabra Enhance Pro App 中填写简单问卷，提出要求。

1.如果您想在 App 中要求微调，请提交问卷，问卷中可以留言。

2.听力保健专家会收到您的要求，以及当前助听器设置下的音频文件。
